Amazon has a great deal today only in celebration of Earth Day. You can get either the Blu-Ray or DVD versions of the entire original BBC version of the Planet Earth series for 60% off. If you don’t want to buy the entire set, you can stream the first episode directly to your computer for free. The link to stream it is on the top right side of the page. If your computer doesn’t support HD, you can support it in standard definition as well. This really is an absolutely amazing look at our planet. Check it out!

    Never mind, we got the collector’s edition for a pretty good price! I got it for my husband’s birthday so he and JC can watch it together! JC just got a preview of it on-line and she said, “Wow! That’s awesome!”

    We love this series- it’s truly amazing. I watched some of the episodes with Anna, but she got the wiggles pretty quickly. She liked Disney Earth version better – too bad that husband refuses to buy it arguing that we have full series already.
